As the Transformation Office lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization through its strategic initiatives. You will focus on overseeing program management of key strategic tracks, tracking KPI/OKR progress against baseline targets and consolidating opportunities/risks across the business lines to prioritize market opportunities and ideal qualifications. This role demands a combination of strategic insight, project management expertise, and excellent leadership skills to drive the organization's transformation objectives.

What your job looks like

• Lead and manage the execution of multiple high-priority transformation programs and initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
• Establish and oversee the PMO framework, identify dependencies across projects, ensure effective governance, delivery timelines, resource allocation, and program execution
• Partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to align projects with strategic priorities
• Develop and implement systems to track progress against strategic KPIs and OKRs across the organization, ensuring visibility to executive leadership
• Collaborate with business lines and functional teams to identify and consolidate opportunities and risks across the organization
• Engage with key stakeholders to assess and prioritise opportunities, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals and operational capacity
• Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with department heads, program managers, and external partners to ensure alignment on transformation goals

• You have a Master’s degree and a minimum 8-10 years of experience in transformation, program management, or strategic consulting roles
• You have a proven track record in leading large-scale strategic initiatives and programs within multi-functional organizations
• You have experience in managing cross-functional teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
• You are familiar with environments where security and data privacy are of utmost importance
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and achieve targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• You are fluent in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)
