Now, only nine years after being founded, close to 8 million citizens use the itsme® app to identify themselves and sign documents online. Starting in Belgium, we successfully launched the itsme app in 32 European countries, with the ambition of becoming an internationally leading player.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Technology, and Product functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top-tier talent. You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Partner and play a key role in shaping our employer brand and candidate experience as we continue to scale.

What your job looks like

  • Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle for Engineering, Technology, and Product roles, from job briefing through to offer and pre-onboarding handover.

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and other channels.

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process, reflecting itsme’s values and culture.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS recruitee, hibob), producing regular reporting and insights for stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, tools,scorecards and methodologies.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent itsme at relevant industry events and networking activities.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner on workforce planning and recruitment forecasting and also with other stakeholders.

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 4–7 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably gained within a tech startup, scale-up, or technology-focused organisation.

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully hiring for technical and product roles, including software engineers, data specialists, and product managers.

  • Excellent sourcing skills mainly via LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent jobboards.

  • Strong knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and talent market dynamics within the technology sector.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to consult, influence, and build trusted relationships at all levels.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Native in Dutch and fully proficient in English (both written and spoken); and proficient in French.

  • Experience working with an ATS and other HR or recruitment tools (recruitee, hibob, etc..) .

  • A genuine passion for candidate experience and employer brand excellence.
