As an Inbound Account Executive at Itsme, specializing in the SMB (Small and Medium-sized Business) market for Identity & Qualified Electronic Signatures, you will primarily focus on responding to inbound inquiries and leads. You will play a crucial role in understanding the unique needs of SMB customers, presenting our services effectively, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service to our valued SMB customers.

What your job looks like

  • Inbound Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from SMB customers, understanding their specific needs related to Identity & Qualified Electronic Signatures, and providing tailored solutions.

  • Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets within the SMB market through effective product knowledge, up selling, and cross-selling strategies.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Itsme's Identity & Qualified Electronic Signatures service offerings, features, and benefits to communicate effectively with SMB customers and address inquiries.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with inbound SMB customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve collective sales goals within the SMB market and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions, including handling inbound leads, and maintaining a tidy and organized sales area.

  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback within the SMB market and communicate insights to the management team to improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (business, sales, marketing, etc.)

  • Proven experience in Sales/Business Development in Tech

  • Full proficiency in English and native in French, Dutch proficiency is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Structured and goal-oriented approach

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
