We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of commercial operations across sales, finance, and customer onboarding. The role combines analytical capability with operational execution to ensure revenue teams operate with clear targets, reliable data, and efficient processes. 

This position acts as a connective layer between go-to-market leadership and operational teams by supporting commercial planning, enterprise deal structuring, billing operations, and revenue analytics. The analyst ensures alignment between strategy, systems, and execution to maximise revenue impact. 

What your job looks like

  • Revenue Team Planning: Align revenue operations initiatives with company strategy and go-to-market priorities. You will actively support leadership in defining commercial strategy through data analysis and operational insight. This includes designing and maintaining revenue targets, driving operating cadences, and establishing clear ways of working across the revenue organisation. 

  • Deal Support: Provide operational support for enterprise sales cycles by coordinating across sales, legal, and finance teams. You will assist with structuring complex commercial agreements, including pricing models, discount structures, and contract terms. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will develop and maintain standardised contract templates and commercial documentation. 

  • Billing Support: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of contract, subscription and pricing data within billing and finance systems. You will support our onboarding and sales teams with monthly billing operations, including invoice generation and reconciliation, and proactively own our collections processes and resolution of billing discrepancies.  

  • Team Enablement: Develop materials and operational resources to improve the efficiency of the sales team’s day-to-day activities. This includes creating and maintaining commercial playbooks that support specific revenue objectives and sales motions. You will identify operational bottlenecks within the revenue workflow and propose process improvements.  

  • Analytics & Forecasting: Support quarterly and annual revenue forecasting processes. Provide analytical support for the revenue team planning and target setting. Produce reporting and insights on pipeline health, deal performance and revenue trends. In addition, you might be tasked to develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that support decision-making for revenue leadership

Job requirements

  • You have 3-4 years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, finance operations, or a related analytical role 

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capability 

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and financial / billing platforms 

  • Ability to translate strategy into operational processes and frameworks 

  • Close attention to detail with strong data integrity discipline 

  • Experience building a dashboard or working with BI tools preferred 

  • You are fluent in English and native Dutch or French.
