We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious professional to drive our People Operations roadmap. This is an amazing opportunity if you have the experience leading the HR maturity evolution to a larger scale and talent-focused tech organization. As People Lead reporting to the Chief Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for defining strategic HR priorities, translating them into actionable programs, and drive their execution across the employee lifecycle.
What your job looks like
HR strategy and program ownership – Develop the HR roadmap to support the company’s growth towards an international talent-focused organisation. Define the key HR processes that need upleveling to a more mature and scalable level and that will drive employee satisfaction and engagement, leveraging the HR Information System (HiBob) where relevant. Drive the end-to-end delivery of these key HR programs and processes from a project management perspective.
Team management and stakeholder engagement: Lead and work closely together with the HR operations manager, providing guidance but also hands-on support where required. Work together with the business operations team that will support on system implementation, process optimization and data insights. Actively engage the department leads on HR process adoption and compliance. Play an advisory role to management on all of the below.
Performance & evaluation – Refine the performance frameworks to support company and personal growth. Set up and run the evaluation cycle process in line with company lifecycle.
Compensation & benefits – Develop, optimize and administer compensation and benefits packages, ensuring they are fair, stimulating and flexible.
Talent management & career development – Develop and coordinate training, development and career programs to ensure people feel engaged and rewarded to develop their best self in contributing to the company’s success.
Talent acquisition & onboarding – Develop and oversee the acquisition and onboarding process, with a focus on the latter. This includes developing and implementing tools and processes to ensure the best and most efficient new joiner experience and boost engagement and
retention.
Job requirements
Who we are looking for
You have a Master’s degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on HR operations, project management or program ownership.
You have the ability to design and execute structured HR programs in a growing or scale-up company, ideally in an international tech environment.
You have an effective project management style, knowing how to prioritize, lead and communicate change.
You have a strong understanding of the “hard HR” foundations: onboarding, performance cycles, compensation, etc.
You are familiar with the best practice HR frameworks, tools (e.g. HiBob, Greenhouse, BambooHR) and processes.
You thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing environment, where you enjoy getting things done.
You act both with determination and empathy, with utmost attention to integrity and inclusion.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
