Now, only seven years after being founded, 7 million citizens use the itsme® app, to identify themselves and sign documents online. Starting in Belgium, we successfully launched the itsme® app, in 16  European countries, with the ambition to become an internationally leading player.

We are looking for a dynamic partner & customer marketer to lead and elevate our co-marketing and event marketing efforts. This role will play a pivotal part in helping our customers and partners drive end-user adoption, supporting revenue expansion efforts, and supporting demand generation through event marketing.   

In this role you’ll work closely with the partner manager, the customer success team and the brand & PR manager.

What your job looks like

B2B2C marketing

  • Create co-marketing playbooks and campaigns to help client organisations drive end-user adoption across multiple channels, and track end-user adoption rates, engagement and impact metrics.

  • Enable clients with educational resources, case studies, communication templates, positioning materials, and adoption strategies to highlight end-user value propositions.

  • Analyse end-user journey data, provide benchmarking insights across client portfolios and provide best practices.

B2B customer marketing

  • Support the product marketing manager on customer engagement initiatives.

Partner marketing

  • Develop co-marketing programs with partners to promote our solutions, drive product stickiness, and drive revenue internationally.

  • Create partner enablement materials focused on driving end-user adoption.

  • Create and manage co-branded marketing campaigns that generate awareness, and drive demand, and opportunities for both our partners and itsme.

  • Be a marketing sparring partner for partners and the partner manager.

Event marketing

  • Support demand generation campaigns by owning events, including virtual events, conferences and executive-to-executive outreach programs.   

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in partner-, customer- or channel marketing.

  • Languages: You are bilingual in Dutch and French and fully proficient in English.

  • SaaS Marketing Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B and B2C  marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, with the ability to communicate value propositions and develop strategies that resonate with enterprise customers.

  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in developing strong working relationships with partners and customers, and managing and developing joint marketing campaigns.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse campaign performance and use data to drive decision-making.

  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and partner teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and presentations for internal and external audiences.

  • Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS or B2B2C platforms.
