Our mission: providing a state-of-the-art digital identity solution to all people, enabling them to interact securely in the digital space. Now, only seven years after being founded, 7 million citizens use the itsme® app to identify themselves and sign documents online. Starting in Belgium, we successfully launched the itsme® app in 17 European countries, with the ambition to become an internationally leading player.

Itsme® is looking for a passionate and driven Enterprise Sales Executive to help accelerate our expansion across key verticals in Europe. As the first person in this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our International go-to-market strategy for enterprise customers. You will act as both an evangelist and educator, helping to build awareness and trust in the value of digital identity solutions within new industries. This is more than just a sales role, it's a business development and ambassadorial opportunity to pioneer Itsme’s approach in a fast-evolving space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine our vertical strategy and help establish Itsme as a leader in digital identity across Europe.

What your job looks like

  • Enterprise Sales Execution: Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification to closing large, strategic deals.

  • Vertical Market Penetration: Drive growth in key industries by engaging enterprise clients and aligning Itsme’s solutions with their digital identity and authentication needs.

  • Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and compliance leaders.

  • Solution Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to deeply understand client challenges and position Itsme’s value proposition effectively.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics in the digital identity space to better serve enterprise customers.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including product, marketing, and customer success to ensure enterprise client needs are met and exceeded.

  • Brand Representation: Represent Itsme at key industry events and forums to promote our brand and stay on the pulse of enterprise digital identity needs.

Job requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience, ideally within SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or digital identity sectors.

  • Enterprise Expertise: Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and navigating long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

  • Industry Passion: Strong interest in digital identity, authentication, and privacy technologies. Curiosity and motivation to stay ahead of innovation in this space.

  • Sales Skills: Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value.

  • Mindset & Traits: Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and adaptable. A proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Languages: Full proficiency in English and also French or Dutch.
