We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize our HR functions and processes. In this key role, you will ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, fostering an environment where people and processes align with business growth.
What your job looks like
Payroll Management:
Oversee the payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Manage tax filings, statutory deductions, and other payroll-related components.
Compensation & Benefits:
Develop and maintain compensation structures aligned with market standards and benchmarks
Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans) and address related queries.
Analyse compensation data to support salary reviews and budget forecasting.
Process Setup and Mobility Budgeting:
Design and implement efficient HR processes for operational activities.
Manage mobility budgets, ensuring compliance with policies and optimizing resource allocation.
Streamline workflows to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries:
Employee benefits, organisational policies, contracts, legal documents, etc, providing swift and effective solutions.
Employee Benefits & Problem Resolution:
Collaborate with benefit providers and vendors to address concerns and optimize service delivery.
Conduct regular benefits audits to ensure compliance and relevance.
HRIS management:
Manage the HR Information System (HiBob)
Guide the organisation to using the HRIS in the most efficient way.
HR Policies:
Draft and optimise HR policies and initiatives.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, scale-up, or tech-driven environment.
In-depth knowledge of HR systems, labour laws, and internationalisation regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in English and full proficiency in Dutch and French is highly desirable.
