We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious HR Operations Administrator who’ll play a vital role in helping our colleagues find answers to their questions and ensuring that all our HR administration processes run smoothly. What your job looks like

  • Core HR Operations

    • First point of contact for employees and candidates for HR-related questions

    • Handle onboarding and offboarding administration

    • Ensure accurate people data and personnel files

  • Payroll, Benefits & Mobility

    • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration

    • Manage mobility and fleet administration

    • Liaise with external payroll advisors and benefit providers

  • Systems, Processes & Policies

    • Maintain and improve HRIS & systems (HiBob, SD Worx, Mbrella, Recruitee…)

    • Support performance and goal-setting processes

    • Draft, update and monitor HR policies and procedures

  • Collaboration

    • Work closely with HR Operations Manager, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, Legal and Compliance

    • Exchange with the payroll advisor, benefit suppliers, fleet manager, … externally

Job requirements

  • Languages: Full proficiency in English, and native in Dutch or French and good level in the other national language.

  • Curiosity & Empathy

  • Detail-oriented & organizational skills

  • Payroll Knowledge (at least a first experience in payroll management

  • Tech-savvy: HR software & HR Proficiency, Microsoft Suite (Excel mainly)

  • Critical Thinking

  • Problem Resolution

  • Knowledge of HR systems, labour laws (focus on joint committee 200)

  • Bachelor degree in HR, business management or other

  • min. +3 years of experience in similar role
