As our Functional Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in the further development of an app that has a massive growing userbase and a significant impact on the people in our society. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our cutting-edge digital identity solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements, design functional specifications, and translate them into technical solutions. Your keen eye for detail and analytical skills will drive the development and enhancement of our innovative products, ensuring they meet the needs of our rapidly growing user base. What your job looks like
- You will be end-to-end responsible for getting a deep insight into the business needs and translating these needs into user stories, process flows and data models for our developers. You’ll play a key role in the whole process, from initial analysis to post-implementation checks.
- To this end, you define acceptance criteria together with the Product Owner, the Technical Architect and other business stakeholders.
- You analyse interdependencies between functional and non-functional requirements.
- Together with the architects, you identify the impact of the different stories on our IT infrastructure.
- You support internal and external stakeholders during their testing phase. You analyse the reported issues, and you identify bugs, issues and change requests
- You can continuously take initiatives to improve the way we work and collaborate.
Job requirements
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or an equivalent experience. You complement this with a solid experience in analysis in a complex tech environment.
- You know your way around the Agile methodology.
- You need to have a min of 3 years of experience as a Functional analyst.
- What makes you get up in the morning is gaining a comprehensive view of user stories and translating that into a simple and elegantly designed solution.
- As you probably will have guessed by now, we are an environment where security and data privacy are of utmost importance. Do you feel up for the challenge of making the right choices in that environment?
- Constantly thinking from the point of view of the user, and constantly taking the initiative to improve stuff is your second nature.
- You can plan, manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are a team player who can communicate super clearly, both to technical and non-technical people.
- You are fully proficient in English and native in either French or Dutch.
