As part of the Product Management team, you own the vision, roadmap and success of our fraud detection and mitigation. You translate fraud risks, stakeholder needs and market trends into impactful product decisions.
You work closely with security operations, compliance, architecture, product teams and external stakeholders to maximise customer and user value.
What your job looks like
Translate threat intelligence and stakeholder needs into a product strategy for fraud detection and mitigation
Own success metrics and quantify business risk and ROI of fraud controls
Align internal and external stakeholders to drive tangible market impact
Coordinate the design of effective, customer-aligned fraud controls
Support delivery teams with clear requirements and context
Share insights and best practices across teams
Job requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in fraud analysis and management (product or project management is a plus)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset
Ability to translate strategy into concrete initiatives and business cases
Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Affinity with regulated digital identity environments (eIDAS, QES, trust frameworks) is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
Fully proficient in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)
You are a team player who shares his/her knowledge and enjoys celebrating joint achievements, but you can also work autonomously
You bring passion and energy to the team you work with, you proactively bring ideas
