As Finance Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our core financial processes across the business. You’ll work closely with finance, HR, and other business teams to streamline operations, support international expansion, and drive process excellence across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report workflows. This is a cross-functional and hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance operations, business process optimization, and scalable growth.
What your job looks like
Finance Process Optimization & Ownership: Own and continuously improve core finance operations, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and payroll and expense management. Identify opportunities to enhance automation, data flow, and compliance across these processes.
Entity Integration & Financial Consolidation: Support the integration of new legal entities into our financial systems. Ensure seamless setup and alignment with multi-entity consolidation and reporting requirements.
System Optimization, Integration & Management: Ensure that our ERP and adjacent applications (e.g. NetSuite, Bob, Recruitee) effectively support operational needs. Optimize workflows and configurations to align with evolving business processes and reporting requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, HR, and business teams to gather operational needs, refine process handoffs, and ensure alignment across departments. Act as a liaison between process owners and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Data Accuracy, Reporting & Insights: Ensure high data integrity across financial processes and systems. Support business decision-making through reliable reporting and insightful financial analysis.
Training & Enablement: Create training materials and documentation for finance-related systems and processes. Promote adoption and compliance through education and clear communication.
Compliance & Internal Controls: Maintain and enforce strong internal controls. Ensure that financial operations comply with internal policies and applicable external regulations, particularly in areas like payroll processing, vendor management, and entity-level accounting.
