As Finance Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth functioning and strategic growth of our finance and HR applications. You'll work closely with finance, HR, and business teams to optimise core systems, prepare for international scalability, and strengthen data integrity across the board. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, systems, and strategy.

What your job looks like

  • Finance System Implementation, Integration & Management: Identify, implement, and optimise finance applications (e.g., NetSuite, Bob, Recruitee) to improve finance and HR operations. Oversee day-to-day system management and ensure integration across platforms.

  • Accounting Setup & Scalability Support: Configure and maintain a scalable accounting environment to support entity growth and evolving reporting needs. Ensure ERP and related systems align with lead-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to finance, HR, and other departments, gathering requirements, improving workflows, and translating operational needs into system solutions.

  • Project Management: Lead finance-related projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business priorities.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Ensure clean and reliable financial data across systems. Deliver actionable insights and support business decisions through advanced reporting and analysis.

  • Training & Enablement: Build documentation and training resources. Empower team members to use tools effectively and adopt new processes confidently.

  • Compliance & Security: Guarantee application compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain high standards for data protection and access controls.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and managing cloud-based business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).

  • Solid experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP platforms, ideally in a high-growth, multi-entity environment.

  • Strong understanding of finance workflows (lead-to-cash, order-to-pay, record-to-report) and how systems support them.

  • Proficiency in systems analysis, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

  • Excellent project management skills, organised, communicative, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Collaborative and proactive — you enjoy working cross-functionally to solve problems and improve operations.

  • Fluent in English and native in either Dutch or French.

What we offer

  • Being welcomed by an informal, enthusiastic and ambitious team that is revolutionising how we safely manage our digital identity, in Belgium & beyond.
